Know all men by these presents that I Francis Haughey Admor of Robert Haughey Esqr deceased hath bargained and Sold and doth by these presents Bargain and sell and for ever quit claim to Joseph Lewis a Negro Man and to his Wife Terry and child Dinah for the valuable consideration of Seventy five Pounds to me in hand paid the Receipt of which I do hereby acknowledge and I do hereby warrant and defend them against any Person or Persons claiming  Whatsoever in or under me In Witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal this Eighth day of March 1794.
