Know all men by these presents that I Ann Webster (Widow) of Appoquinimink hundred NewCastle County and State of Delaware Do for myself my heirs executors administrators or assigns do franchise set free and discharge from Slavery my (Colored Girl) named Henrietta Kale aged Sixteen Years one Month and twenty days and her infant child called Mary from and after they arrive to the legal age of twenty Eight Years and then and after they arrive to the full age beforesaid (Viz) twenty eight Years they the Said Henrietta Kale and her Infant Mary are to have all the immunities and privileges agreeable to the laws of the aforesaid State of Delaware as Witness my Hand and Seal this Seventh day of February In the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and thirty Five. 1835.
