NewCastle County Ss Personally came before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the peace in & for Sd County the within Named George Houston & Thomas Bird & were duly sworn according to law that they did well & truly appraise the goods & Chattles which were of Robert Cann late of this county Deceased amounting to Eight Hundred & fifty Seven Dollars & ten Cents this 30th Day of April 1821 W Carpenter
