To Henry M Ridgely, Register of Kent County James Kimmy administrator of Peter Patten free negro, deceased, respectfully represents, that on the 6th day of September 1834. he passed a final account of his administration of the said deceased, shewing in his hands an unappropriated balance of DUS 44.601/2 for distribution among the children, and legal representatives of the children of the said deceased who died intestate That the said intestate left to survive three children namely Rachel, wife of a certain Whittington Butcher, Naomi Patten, Peter Patten, also the issue of John Patten, who died in the life time of his father the said Peter Patten, and the issue of Ailcy, a deceased daughter of the intestate who had in her life time inter married with a certain Adam Philips. That the said Rachel Butcher, Naomi Patten, Peter Patten, and the Said issue of the said John Patten and of the said Ailcy Philips are entitled to the said distributive balance. On this Statement the Said James Kimmy presents the following account and prays its examination, adjustment and Settlement.
