In the Name of God Amen this Twente Six Day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Eight I Jonathan Molleston Sener, of Mispillian hundred in the County of Kent on Delaware yeoman being in a Low State of Health But of Sound mind and memory thanks be to God for the Same Cawling to mind the mortaletey of my Body Knowing that is apoynted for all men once to die doe make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to Say princepley and first of all I Recommend my Sole into the hands of God that Give it and as for my Body I Recommend it to the Earth to be Buread in a Deasent and Cristean Like maner at the Discreation of my Exetrs Nowthing Dowting But at the General Resurection I Shall Recve the Same again With the mity Power of God and as Touching such Worldly Estate Wherewith it Hath pleased God almigty to bless me with In this Life, Give Device and Dispose of the Same in the follown manor and form Itm it is my Will and Desire that all my Just Debts and funeral Charges to be paid out of my parcnel Estate. Itm I Give and bequeath to my Well beloved Son William Molleston the plantation Dweling Housen and Tenements Where I Now dwel that was Willed to me by my father to him and his heirs and Assigns forever. I Likewise give to my Son William one Bead and Furneture. Itm I Give and bequeath unto Well beloved Woyfe Elizabeth Molleston my Shease and the bay horse that Goes in the Sheas the third part of all my Lands and Marsh Dreing her Neartel Life and likewise I Give unto my Well beloved Woyfe the Best Bead and furneture Itm I Give to my Daughter Mary Moleston the next Best Bead and furneture to her and her heirs and Signs forever Itm I Give and bequeath to my Well beloved Daughter Elisabeth Moleston one Bead and furneture to her and her heirs and Assigns forever Item I Give and Bequeath unto my Well be Loved Sun Jonathen Molleston that Track of Land I Bought of Joseph Smith Together With that peace of Land that I Bought of my Brother William Molleston and them Two peaces of meadow that I had of Caleb Luff and all the March that I own the march that is Cawled Strunkel to him and his hears and assigns forever. Itm in Case that my Sum Jonathan Should Die Before Comes of age or Without hear of his Bodey Lawfull Begoten then the said bove Meniened lands that I Left to my Said Son Jonathan to Come to Daughters Equeley Marey Molleston and Elisabeth Molleston to them and their heirs and Assigns forever, Itm I Give to my Well belove Son Jonathan Moleston one negro boy Cawled Absalon to him and his heirs and assigns forever. Itm my Will and Desire all the Remainder part of my Estate Not already mentioned to be Leagley Brought to Prasement by my Exectrs here after Mentiend and my Well beloved Woyfe to have the one third part of the apraisement and the other Two thirds to be Equally Devided between my three youngest Children that is to say Mary Molleston Elisabeth Molleston And Jonathan Molleston to them and theirs and assigns forever Item. I Constitute and Ordain apinte my Well beloved Woyfe Elizabeth Molleston my hole and Sole Exetrix Indo hereby Uterly Disalow Revoke and Disanull all and Every other Will form or Testament in any Ways before this Time named willed and Bequeathed Ratefing and Confirming this my Last Will and Testament In Witness weareof ^I Have Heair unto Set my Hand and seal the Day and year above Written – Jonatha Molleston {seal}

Personally appeared before ^me Caesar Rodney Esqr Register for the probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for Kent County on Delaware Reynear Williams and Penelope Williams two of the Evidences to the forgoing Will of Jonathan Molleston Decd and on their Solemn affirmation did Declare the they Saw and heard the aforesaid Jonathan Molleston Sign, seal, publish Pronounce and Declare the foregoing Instrument of Writing as and for his last Will and Testament – that at the Time of So doing and Saying he was to the best of their Belief of Sound and Disposing mind and memory that they Signed their Names thereto as Evidences at the Instance and Request and In his presence and at the same Time Saw Amelia Brinckle Sign her Name as one Other Evidence thereunto, at the Like Instance and Request and in his Presence In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Eighteenth Day of January And Dom. 1769. Be it Remembered that on the Eighteenth Day of January Anno Domini 1769, the last will and Testament of Jonathan Molleston decd in due form of Law ad Probate and Letters Testamentary thereof were Granted to Elizabeth Molleston Executrix in the same Will named being Affirmed Well and Truly to administer the Estate of the said Deceased and to Exhibit an Inventory thereof into the Registers Office at Dover on or before the Eighteenth day of July next And render a True and Just Acct of the Administration when thereunto Legally Required Given under the Seal of the said office.  CR
