Be it known to all to whom it may concern that I Margaret Baynard of Kent County and State of Delaware for divers good causes moving me thereto together with the sum of one dollar in hand paid have manumitted discharged and set free my Colored man Wing Kelly, and declare him to be free from servitude by these presence as witness my hand and seal the this 1st day of January Eighteen hundred and thirty two 1832 aged about Thirty two years.
