Will Elizabeth Warren 1807

In the Name of God Amen, I Elizabeth Warren of Murderkill Hundred Kent County in the State of Delaware Being at this time Very Sick and weak of Body though of Perfect Sound disposing Mind and Memory do make and ordain This my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to Say I give and Bequeath unto my two youngest children to wit Elizabeth Warren and George Warren a Certain Tract or parcel of Land Being and Lying in Murderkill forest & Kent county in the State of Delaware Near a certain place Commonly called and known By the Name of Horse Head which said Land fell to me By the Last will and Testament of Waitman Sipple decd. to them the said Elizabeth Warren & george Warren to be Equally devided Them and Shear alike to them and their Heirs and assigns forever.

Item, I give and Bequeath unto my said Daughter Elizabeth Warren five pair Countrey Linnen Sheets two ^pair pillow cases. Six Bed Quilts two suits Stampd. curtains Six Silver table spoons Six Large Silver teaspoons one pair Silver Sugar Bowls all Markd with the Letters J.E.W. three ya?nd Bathans of St?sd Cotton. Six yards Country Linnen Whitened ^together with wearing apparel and two painted pine Chests for the purpose of keeping the Last articles above Mainaned in.

Item. I give and Bequeath unto my said Son george Warren Six Silver Table spoons Markd with the Letters B.M.W. one pair gold Sleave Buttons Markd P.P. Item I give and Bequeath unto my Said Son george Warren My Negro Boy called Robert. He the Said Robert to serve untill he shall arrive to the age of thirty one years – at which said age of thirty one years  my Will is and I do hereby order that he the said Robert Be free and at Liberty. Item I give and Bequeath unto my said Daughter Elizabeth Warren my Negro Boy Jack and my Negro girl Violet to serve untill they shall Severaly arive to the ages of thirty one years at which age my Will is and I do hereby order that they the sd Jack & Violet Be free and at Liberty.

Item my Will and desire is that my two old Negros to wit Jack and Grace be free and at Liberty Emediatly after my Decease Item I give and Bequeath unto my son Benjamin Warren the Sum of Eight Dollars to be paid by my Executors to be Named out of my Estate in one year after my Decease which said sum my desire is that my said Son Benjamin Warren Should purchase a family Bible with 

Item I give and Bequeath unto my Son Samuel Warren my Large Church Bible.

Item. I give and Bequeath unto my son John Warren my New family Bible.

Item I give and devise unto my two sons to wit. William Warren and Charles Warren the Sum of Eight dollars a piece to be, paid out of my Estate By my Executors in one year after my Decease

Item. I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son Samuel Warren and my Brother in Law Samuel Warren Whole and Sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and Making Null and Void all other and former Wills By me at any time heretofore made hereby pronouncing publishing and declaring this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament. Signed Sealed published and declaired by the Said Elizabeth Warren as her Last Will and Testament in the presents. ??? who subscribd as Witnesses thereunto in her presents and at her request NB the said together with all my warring apparel on the first page and twenty ninth line from the top were Interlined before the Testator Signd the will. Kent County State of Delaware Personally appeared before me Nathaniel Smithers Regr of Kent County for the probate of Wills &c Nancy Carauthers and Frances Price Two of the subscribing witnesses to the above Instrument of writing and being solemnly sworn on the Holy Evangels of Almighty God do declare that they saw Elizabeth Warren sign and seal the above Instrument of Writing that they heard her publish pronounce and declare the same as and for her last Will and testament. That at the time of her so doing and saying she was to the best of their belief of sound disposing mind memory and understanding. That they subscribed their names as witnesses thereto in the presence and at the request of said Testatrix and at the same time saw Kelty B Huston subscribe his name as one other witness thereto.
