Know all men by these presents that I Pompey Warren of Kent County and State of Delaware do now in May the 7th in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four Set at liberty my wife namely Judith now my Slave and that I do by these presents absolutely manumit and enfranchise her the Said Negro Judith and grant to her full freedom also I do manumit and Set at liberty my daughter Namely grace who is now my Slave She was burned the fourth day of october 1816 She is to be free at the age of Twenty one and that I do by these presence absolutely manumit and enfranchise her the above Named Grace and grant to her full freedom at the age of Twenty one. Third and lastly I do Set at liberty my daughter Mary by name who is now my Slave She is also to be free at the age of twenty one Mary was burned on the Second day of June in the year 1821 and I do by these presence absolutely manumit and enfranchise my daughter Mary by name and grant to her full freedom when She arrives at the age of twenty one. Kent County State of Delaware Be it remembered that on the 1st day of November 1824 Personally appeared Pompy Warren N. before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in & for Said County and did acknowledge the within Manumition to be his act and deed for the use and purposes therein Mentioned and desire it might be recorded as Such. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this first day of November 1824. Jacob Boone
