Bill of Sale or Manumission Negro Isaac from Henson Graham 1821

Know all men by these presents that I James S Primrose of the county of Kent and State of Delaware for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred & fifty Dollars Lawfull money of the Said State to me to be paid by Henson Graham his heirs Executors Admr have Bargained Sold and Delivered unto him the Said Henson Graham one Negro man Servent Named Isaac to be held by the Said Henson Graham his heirs &c for the full time and time of Six years from the Seventh day of Decemr. 1821 at which time the above Named Isaac are to be free and at full liberty and I the Said James S. Primrose for my self my heirs Execrs & admr. do hereby warrant and forever defend unto the Said Henson Graham his heirs Execurs & admrs Said Negro man Isaac from all and Every person or persons claiming or to claim from in under through or by me to have and to Hold the Said Negro man heareby Bargained Sold & delivered to him the Said Henson Graham his heirs &c for the term & time above Specified. In witness whereof I have heareunto set my hand and Seal the Seventh day of December Eighteen hundred & twenty one 1821. James S Primrose {seal}

Be it Remembered that on the 13th day of July 1826 that for and in Consideration of a judgment note to me Given for twenty five Dollars on demand and by Isaac Sorden Negro I have liberated and Set free the Said Isaac Sorden the within named Negro as witness my hand this 13th day of July 1826,
