Manumission Negro Cutter, from Arthur Milby 1812

Know all men by these Presents, that I Arthur Milby of the County of Sussex and State of Delaware being now the sole and entire owner, of Negro Boy known by the name of Cutter Milby aged thirteen years or there abouts, for Certain good reasons me thereunto moveing do after Reserving to my self my heirs Executors Administrators or assigns, his Service for fifteen years from the date hereof, to be fully ended and completed which will be in the year one Thousand Eight hundred and Twenty Seven, do then declare that he shall be free from all further Service from me my heirs Executors, Administrators or assigns, and shall then be at full Liberty to act for himself without any hinderance or molestation from me my heirs Executors Administrators or assigns.
