Know all Men by these presents that I Richard Green of Lewes & Rehoboth Hundred in the County of Sussex and State of Delaware do hereby Manumit liberate and set free from my service My Negro Woman Named Nancy the wife of Catto together with their Six Children Viz Solomon, George, Maria, Hester, Judy and David they to have and enjoy all the rights priviledges and advantages which free Negroes or mulattoes are intitled to by the Laws of this State.
