Know all men by these presents that I Stephen Warrington of the County of Sussex in the State of Delaware Yeoman being the sole owner and having the entire and Exclusive right and property of a Negro boy named Isaac aged fifteen years or thereabouts do for certain good reasons me thereunto moving manumit liberate and fully set free the said Negro Boy after having served Benjamin McIlvain of said County his Heirs Assigns for and during the full Term of Ten years from the date hereof, And also after reserving unto the said Benjamin McIlvain his Heirs and assigns the service and the use and profits thereof of the said Isaac for and during the said Term of ten years from the date hereof I do declare him to be then at full liberty to act for himself without being Molested or hindered by me or my Executor Administrators or Assigns or by any other person or persons whatsoever. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Ninth day of March A.D. one Thousand Eight hundred and Seven. Stephen Warrington
