Know all men by these presents that I Robert Frame of the county of Kent and State of Delaware have manumitted liberated and forever set free and for good cause and consideration me thereunto moving by these presents do manumitted liberate and set free from and after the date hereof my negro man Milford aged about twenty nine years. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the tenth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty four. Robert Frame {seal}
Signed and Sealed in the presence of Robt. O. Pennewill
Kent County Sst Personally appeared before me Charles Kimmey one of the Justices of the Peace in & for the county of Kent and State of Delaware on the twenty Eighth day of April in the hear of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty four the within mentioned Robert Frame and duly acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be his act and deed and that he did Sign Seal and execute the Same for the purpose therein mentioned. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid. Charles Kimmey {seal}
