Manumission Negro Ignatious from John Clayton 1823

Know all men by these presents that I John Clayton of Kent County and state of Delaware do hereby for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moveing, manumit set free and for ever liberate and Discharge from my service my negro boy named Ignatiaus aged about  thirty three years the said Ignatious hence forth from and after the Date of these presents to be and act as a free man. Witness my hand and seal this tenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and twenty three 1823. John M Clayton {seal}

Kent County state of Delaware Be it remembered that on this 10th Day of December 1823 personally came before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of said County John M. Clayton Esqr the party named in the within manumition and acknowledged the same to be his act and Deed and Requested it might be recorded as such In  witness where of I have here unto set my hand the day first written.
