State of Delaware Kent County } Be it Remembered That I Levi Wolcott of Murderkill hundred in Said County for divers good causes and Considerations me thereunto Moveing have and do hereby Manumit Emancipate Liberate and Set free and at Liberty from the day of the date here of a certain Negro Woman By the name of Phenar Buck Now the wife of George Buck as also her two youngest Children Namly Sealey Buck and Levi Buck the Slaves of Me the Said Levi Walcott hereby declaring the Said Phenar Buck Sealey Buck an Levi Buck to be free and at Liberty from the day of the date hereof from me the Said Levi Walcott my heirs Executors or administrators to all intents and purposes and from all and Every Person or Persons Whatsoever ow Claiming or hereafter to Claim by from through or under them or any of them. In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Affixed my Seal the Eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Sixteen 1816. Levi Walcott {seal}

State of Delaware Kent County I do hereby Certify that Levi Walcott the party named in the above and foregoing Manumission Personally appeared before me Thomas Price one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County and acknowledged the Same to be his act and deed according to the true purport and intent thereof.
