Manumission Negro Tamer From Samuel Warren Senr 1812

To all to whome these presents shall come, Know ye that I Samuel Warren the elder of Murderkill hundred Kent County and State of Delaware, do by these presents Manumate liberate and set free my negro Girl Tamer when she shall arive to the age of thirty yeares which said negro girl Tamer was born on the twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety seven, and that my said Negro Girl Tamer shall after her arival to the age of thirty years as aforesaid, enjoy all the Rights and priviledges which free negroes or Mulattoes has a right to enjoy under the laws of this State, free and unmolested from me the said Samuel Warren or my heirs or assigns. reserving nevertheless to my selfe my heirs and assigns, the service, controls direction and management of my said negro Girl Tamer until she arives to the age of thirty years as aforesaid, at which period of time, all command whatsoever shall cease and the said negro Girl Tamer shall be free and discharged from me my heirs and assigns, In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve 1812. State of Delaware Kent County Sst. Be it remembered that Samuel Warren personally came before me John Lowber one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County, and acknowledged the above manumission to be  his act and deed for the use and purpose therein mentioned, Given under my hand and seal at Dover the twenty forth day of october one thousand eight hundred & twelve 1812.
