In the name of God, Amen, I, Rebecca Brown, widow, of the Fifth ward City of Philadelphia, Pa, being aware of the uncertainty of this life, and being desirous of settling all my worldly affairs, while reason and memory and understanding are good and sound, do make and ordain and Publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament as follows, to wit:
First, I order that all my just debts be fully paid and satisfied, and all charges touching the prooving this my Last Will or otherwise be paid as soon after my death as convenient to be done.
Second, I give and bequeath to my eldest brother Daniel B. Anderson fifty dollars #50#
Third, I give and bequeath to my niece, Sarah Marshall, twenty- five #25#
Fourth, I give and bequeath to my sister-in-law Isabella Jane Anderson all my household furniture.
Fifth, I desire that my dwelling house No. 3 Gonsha Street Fifth ward City of Philada, Pa, be sold to the highest and best bidder for Cash, as soon after my death as possible, and the proceeds after the payment of all my debts be equally divided between my three brothers, Daniel B. Anderson Edmund H. and Robert H. Anderson share and share alike.
Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my brothers Daniel B. and Edmund H. Anderson Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.

Personally appeared before me Sewell C. Biggs Register for the probate of Wills &c in and for the County aforesaid William Oldfield and Horatio Dyson, two of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument of writing who being duly Qualified according to law, did say they saw Rebecca Brown the Testatrix sign and seal said Instrument of writing and learn her publish and declare the same as and for her last will and testament and in the presence of each other they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses and that at the time of their so doing the Testatrix was to the best of their belief of a sound and disposing mind and memory.
