To all People to whom this Present writeing Shall come. I Hannah Robisson of Kent County on Delaware widdow, Sends Greeting Know yee, that I the said Hannah Robisson for and in consideration of the motherly love good will and Affection which I have and bear unto my Daughters Mary Usher and Ann Nixon as also for divers other Good causes and Considerations me at this present especially moving Have given granted & Confirmed, and by these presents do give grant and Confirm unto my said Daughters Mary Usher and Ann Nixon their Heirs and Assigns during my Natural life, To say, One Negroe woman Called Hagar and her issue to be and belong to my said daughter Mary, and one Negro Girl called Teena and her issue to be an belong to my said Daughter Ann, and each of them their Heirs and Assigns as afsd w Per? issue before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents are put by delivery thereof in the full and Quiet Possession of the said Mary Usher & Ann Nixon, thereof and therewith to doo use dispose of at her the said Mary and her the said Ann and free will & Pleasure, as of their and either of their own proper Goods & Chattles without any manner of Challenge claim or demand of me the said Hannah Robisson my Heirs Exers Admrs or Assigns or of any other Person or Persons for me or in my name By my cause means consent privity or procurement and that it shall and may be lawful for the sd. Mary Usher and Ann Nixon or either of them their Heirs Exers Admrs or Assigns at any time herefter during my Natural life as afsd to enter into the House or any other place whereof I shall or may be Possessed of and wherein the said Negroes or either of them may be Haboured or Concealed (if Refusal or Delivery thereof be denied) to take and Carry away to the use and uses afsd without any let hinderance Trouble charge or Incumbrance whatsoever.
