To all Whom it may concern __ know all Men by these presents that I John White of the Town of Dover in the County of Kent in the State of Delaware have and by these presents do manumit set free and at perfect liberty a certain negro Girl named Rachel born 12th March 1779 and a certain negro Boy named Abraham born 20th April 1781 When they respectively arrive to the age of twenty five years, and I do hereby engage in behalf of my self my heirs executors adminrs and assigns to Set the said Negro Boy and Girl at full and perfect liberty when they respectively arrive to the ages aforesaid. Witness my hand and seal this fourth day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety one 1791. Jn. White {seal}
