I Thomas Foulke the acting Admr. of the Estate of John Tomlin, deceased, for divers good causes hereunto me moving do hereby discharge, liberate, manumit and for ever set free from Slavery Negro Henrietta who was Appraised in the Estate of the said John Tomlin deceasd so that she may for ever hereafter enjoy all the Priviledges of a free Negro.
