Know all men by these presents, that I Ebenezer Wilson farmer of Murderkill hundred in Kent County and State of Delaware for and in Consideration of the Sum of Forty pounds to me in Hand paid by Daniel Lamdain of Little Creek hundred in the County, and State aforesaid Have granted bargained, and sold, And by these presents do grant bargain, and sell unto the Said Daniel Lamdain his heirs Exrs. Or Admrs A Negro Man named Jesse to have, and to hold to him the said Daniel Lamdain his heirs Exers Adms. Or Assigns, and I the said Ebenezer Wilson for my self my heirs Exers. and administrators the said Negro Man unto the said Daniel Lamdain his heirs exers or administrators against me the said Ebenezer Wilson or my Heirs Exers or Admrs and against all, and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant, and Defend by these present.
