Recvd. October 28th 1808 of Doctr. Wm MKee the sum of seventeen pounds ten shillings being the ballance of Seventy pounds for the time of a Negro boy sold him by the name of Peter which was sold him by Esther R. Huston Admtx. of Samuel Huston decd. for the term of seven years from the thirtieth day of March eighteen hundred & eight and when the said term of seven years expiring from the above date then the said by is to be free from all persons as of Contract. Recd. in full Robt. Young agent for Esther R. Huston Admr. of Samuel Huston decd.
