Manumission William from Henry Moleston 1802

Know all men by these presents that I Henry Moleston of the County of Kent And State of Delaware for Divers Good Causes and Considerations Do by these Presents Manumit Enfranchise and set free a Sorting Negroe man William to be free and at his one Liberty from and after the Date Hereof During Life and I do hereby warrant and Defend the freedom and Liberty of the said Negroe William from the Legal claim of me My Heirs Executors Administrators and every of them As as Witness my hand and seal this second day of January Eighteen hundred And two 1802.
