Manumission Prince by John Graham 1804

Know all men by these presents that I John Graham of the County of Kent and State of Delaware for divers good causes and considerations me thereunto moving do hearby enfranchise and set free my negro boy named prinse he being aged twelve years and he the said negro to bee free and at his own liberty at the expiration of thurteen years from and after the date hearof and further I do hearby warrant and forever defend the freedom of him the aforesaid negro agreable to the true meaning of these presents from the lawful claim of every person or persons whatsoever claiming or to claim the aforesd. negro Prinse whatsoever claiming or to claim him the afforesd. negro Prinse by from or under me my heirs executors adminsstrators and every of them as witness my hand and Seal this third day of februay 1804.
