I Benoni Harris of Kent County in the State of Delaware do hereby Manumit and set free a Certain Negro Girl named Pheebe which I Purchased of William Parker at & upon the expiration of Eleven years after the twenty sixth day of February last past to enjoy all the previledges of a free Negro against any claim from me my heirs executors or administrators forever as Witness my hand and Seal this 3d day of October in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred.
