Know all men by these Presents that I John White of Little Creek Hundred Constable, for divers good causes me thereunto moving, do hereby Manumit and set free a certain Negroe Girl named Phebee, that I have this day Bound to Richard Harring for seven years, when she shall arive to age of Twenty one years of Age, which will be at the expiration of the said seven years given under my hand the Eighth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and two. 1802.
