Know all men by these presents that I Ebenezer Turner of Kent County & State of Delaware for divers Good Causes me thereunto moaving have & by these presents do manumate and set free at the Expiration of fourteen years from this date my two Negro boys Viz Perrcy Cork & William Dixon to have and enjoy all the privileges that any other free persons does or can do, and further I the said Ebenezer Turner the freedom of the said Perrcy Cork and William Dixon, after the Expiration of the said fourteen years, from Every person or persons whatsoever claiming or hereafter to claim from by or under me my heirs, Executors administrators and assigns warrant and forever defend by these presents In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal This Sixth Day of December in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and three 1803.
