To all People before whom these presents may come Greeting Know ye that I Robert Jamison of Duck Creek hundred & Kent County in Delaware State having purchased a Negro man of John Severson named George Hull for a Term of time & having Received Satisfaction for the purchase Money of said George Hull & considering that Justice is Due to Every man; Therefore I do by these presents Emancipate & Set free the said George Hull from any and Every claim from me my heirs Exetrs. Admrs. and Every of them; In Testimony whereof I have set my hand & seal this twenty ninth day of Decemr. one thousand Eight hundred 1800. Robt. Jamison {seal}
