Manumission of Sundary Negros From Abraham Allee

Know all men by these presents that I Abraham Allee of the Borough of Wilmington in the County of New Castle and State of Delaware for divers good considerations me thereinto moveing do hereby emancepate and forever set free and by these presents have emancepated and set free the following named black persons viz Ann Vining Born on the twenty fourth day of July 1790 and sold by me to Martin Hofficker on the 23d day of Jun 1810 as the bill of sale will appear John Vining born June 3d 1792 sold to Ezekiel Downing on the same 23d day of June 1810 Sarah Vining Born May 8th 1794 and sold to Abraham Allee on at the 23d day of June 1810 Mary Vining sold to Elijah Johnson as per bill of sale dated June 23d 1810 for the term of fourteen years From the said twenty third day of June last past_ Clayton Vining Born on the 27th of March 1802 now in the care of Philip Hoffecker Betty Viining Born on the 17th of November 1804 in care of Clayton Snow, Jonathan Vining born 23d of July 1806 which said last mentioned boy I have made a present of to my niece Ann Hoffecker all of Kent County in the State of Delaware the said Negros Ann John Sarah Clayton Betty and Jonathan, to be free when they severally arive at the age of twenty eight years, and the said Mary to be free when she shall have served her master Elijah Johnson the term of fourteen years as witness my hand and seal  this second day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven A. Allee {seal}
