Manumission Mullatto boy Solomon from Benja. Brady Adm. of W. Wallace

Know all Men by these presents that I Benjamin Brady administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels of William Wallace deceased late of Kent county in the State of Delaware hath and by these presents doth Manumate and set free a Mullatto boy named Solomon aged thirteen years eight months and two days when he shall arive to the age of twenty two years he being left a Slave for life by his said Master and I do hereby warrant the freedom of the said Mullatto boy Solomon from me my heirs executors and administrators and from all and every other person or persons whatsoever claiming by through or under me my heirs executors and administrators and forever defend by these present. Witness my hand and seal the 8th day of November 1803. Benj Brady {seal}

State of Delaware Kent County Ss. } I hereby Certify that on the fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and three personally appeared Benjamin Brady esquire before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the peace in and for said county and acknowledged the within Manumission to be his act and Deed for the purposes therein mentioned Witness my hand and seal this day and year above.
