Manumission sundry Negroes from Ann Berwick Admx of Curtis Berwick Jr

Kent County State of Delaware. Know all men by these presents that I Ann Berwick of the State and County aforsd. Admx. of Curtis Beswick to the Estate of Curtis Berwick Decd. three Negroes came into my hands as Admx. Of said C Berwick Decsd. and being Afrsd to me as Admx. of said Decd. Named and aged as follows one negro woman named Mary aged twenty fore years old, Aprill eighteen hundred twelve, one Negro Boy named George aged nine years old July eighteen hundred and twelve, and one negro boy named Abraham aged five years old in August eighteen hundred and twelve. The above Negrows now slaves to me in consequence of my Admx on said Decrd. Estate and I do hereby Remisse Release and forever quit claim to the said three Negrows as above named Mary George and Abraham and all maner of Actions Claims and demands which I ever had or now have auto them the aforesd three Negrows after they severly shall arrive to the full age of twenty eight years therefull and entire liberty after they severly Arive to the full age of twenty eight years as aforsd as witness my hand and seal this 20th day of January 1813. – Ann Berwick. {seal}

State of Delaware Kent County }  On the 20th day of January 1813 Personaly appeared Ann Beswicks before me one of the Justices for said county and acknolage she sin’d the above and for going manimison in the presence the subscribing witnesses and acknoleges it to be her act and dead and desiers it to be Recorded as such witness my hand.
