Manumission Negro Tim from John Graham
Know all men that I John Graham of the county of Kent and State of Delaware Do by these presents discharge and sett free at the time or term of fore years from the date of this manumission a Negro man called Tim aged about twenty six years and that he shall after the said time or term aforesaid be taken and considered as a free person to all intents and purposed and further I do hearty bind my Exctors or administr. in the sum of one hundred pounds to do and perform any further act record or acknowledgement that may be nescray by the requishons of the laws of this State to confirm and establish the freedom of the aforesaid negro Tim according to the true intent and purport of this instrument of manumission as Witness my hand and seal the third day of February 1804.
