Manumission Negroes Eve & Frank from George Cramner

Know all Men by these presents and to whom it may concert that I George Cramner, of Kent County and State of Delaware from a Conscientious principal do think it wrong and oppressive to hold Slaves in Bondage, Therefore do this twenty first day of January one thousand eight hundred Manumate and set ^at free Liberty a Negro Slave now in my possession of the name of Eve to be at her own free Liberty at the expiration of Eight years three months and Ten days from the date hereof and not before, as also I do hereby manumate and set at free Liberty a female child, daughter of the afsd Eve named Frank, to be at  her own property liberty when she arives to the age of Twenty five years from me my heirs exors & adms and from all and every person whatsoever. As witness my hand and seal this twenty first day of Jany 1800. George Cramner {seal}

Note beney Janna was born June 30 day 1799 And if the said Woman Should have any Children within the time of eight year and three months they are to be and remain to William White and his airs and assigns forever. George Cramer {seal}

State of Delaware Kent County Ss } I do Certify that on the fifth day of October one thousand eight hundred and five appeared George Cramner of Scot county in the State of Kentucky and acknowledged the within Munumition as his act and deed for the use and purpose therein mentioned Given under my hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.
