Manumission Negro Sarah From Outten Laws.

State of Delaware Kent County } To all whom it may concern this may certify that I Outten Laws of the county and Hundred aforesaid for certain causes thereto moveing do hereby Mannumate and forever set free my Negro Woman named Sarah about thirty four years of age fourthwith after the date of this Manumition as Witness my hand and seal this twentieth day of September Eighteen hundred and eight.
