Know all men by these presents that I Henry Molleston of Murtherkill Hundred Kent County and State of Delaware for divers good causes and Considerations do by this presents Manumit Liberate and Set free My Negro Man Jim aged about twenty Eight years to be entitled to enjoy all the right preveledges And immunites which a free negro or Mulatto May or can leave or enjoy by the Laws of this State in Testimony wharf have to set my hand And affixed my Seal this 13th day of April In the year of Lord EighteenHundred and Thirteen 1813.
