Manumission Negro George from Caleb Sipple

Know all men by these presents that Caleb Sipple of Murtherkill hundred in Kent County and State of Delaware, Farmer, for divers good causes and considerations do by these presents manumate, liberate and set free a carton Negro Man named George aged about twenty five years, and I do hereby further agree that the said Negro Man George shall from the date of these presents enjoy all the rights, priveledges and emmunities which a free Negro or free Mulatto may or can have or enjoy by the laws of this State. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty ninth day of March one thousand eight hundred and ten. 1810. Caleb Sipple {seal}
