Manumission negro Elizabeth & son William from Thos. Parker

Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Parker of St. Jones hundred Kent County and state of Delaware Farmer for divers good causes and considerations do by these presents manumit liberated and set free my negro woman named Elizabeth aged twenty years and I do also manumit liberate and set free my negro boy named William son of the said Elizabeth aged about four years and do hereby further agree that the said Elizabeth and her son William from they arive to the age of twenty eight years shall be entitled to and enjoy all the Rights privileges and immunities which free negroes or free mulattos may or can have or enjoy by the Laws of this State In Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my seal this 12th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven 1811. State of Delaware Kent County Ss}  Be it remembered that Thomas Parker personally appeared before me John Lowber one of the Justices of the peace in and for said county and acknowledged the within manumission to be his act and deed for the use and purpose therein mentioned Given under my hand and seal at Dover the 12th day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven 1811.
