Manumission Negro Diner from Samuel Lambdin

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Lamdin of Murderkill hundred in Kent County and State of Delaware for divers good causes me moveing thereunto have and by these presents do manumate and set free my negro Girl Diner aged nine years. when she shall arrive to the age of twenty five years old which I have sold To Warner Pollin of the hundred County and State aforesaid to have and enjoy her liberty from the time aforesaid as all other free persons can or might do. and the freedom of the said negro Girl Diner from me my heirs executors administrators or assigns or either of them or any other person claiming or hereafter to claim the same will warrant and forever defend by these presents as Witness my hand and seal the fifteenth day of February 1806.
